Willow Trace Apartments

One of the worst managed apartment communities I have ever lived at. The office is a revolving door of managers. They’re only open one or two days a week, so if you need something you very limited time to do it. Maintenance guy is clearly overworked. I would not recommend living here.

Do not even bother trying to rent from this apartment community. You will sit on a “wait list” for months, and then once a unit becomes available, they will lead you to believe that the apartment is yours. THEN they will rent it out from under you to someone else, and say “oh sorry, this other guy came in with a deposit for the apartment”. They won’t tell you that you are competing with everyone else on the “wait list” to see who can get their paperwork and money turned in the fastest. They will send you a letter stating you may be approved and to make an appointment, and then when you show up on your designated pre-arranged time and day, they pull the rug out from under you. So you go back to the “wait list” for the hunger games to begin again. This has got to be the most poorly run and unprofessional apartment management company I have ever come across. Unfortunately, the options in Rising Sun for apartments are very slim and it is a shame that they treat people this way.
