Fast, honest service. Had another company at my house to look at my furnace 3 times and still same issue. Called Fritcha and they were there within 3 hours and had furnace working like new within 20 minutes.. couldn't be happier, saved in phone for future heating and plumbing repairs.

Called on 12/26/17 @0945A and left voicemail, Keith called back at 1011A. I explained that my tank less water heater (which was installed new in 2014) had stopped working. He came out that day and looked at the unit, and took some pictures. He was very nice and personable. However... I haven't not heard from him since... I have called his office, and mobile numbers several times, and left several voicemails at both numbers... I understand that things come up, if that is the case, a simple "hey, I got swamped and can't do the work" would be nice. The water heater was installed new in 2014, the original tank less unit was installed in 2010 (when I built the house). It went out on the 22nd... we have 3 kids, and NEED hot water.
