Didnt fix the problem on my car. And it also took them almost 2 weeks to finish the job just for them not to do the job correctly

I am very happy with the vehicle that I purchased. However, the buying experience was not so great. I tried for a solid week to get information on what was being done to the car with no luck. I felt like my questions did not matter. When I drove the car home, the gas tank was on empty. The salesman even knew this before he handed me the keys. He apologized and said come back next week and Ill put gas in it. I returned for a waisted trip, they claimed that they didnt have a gas card. I had one mechanical issue, the drivers door wouldnt lock. When I spoke to someone from southwest about it, the gentleman simply replied the money is not there to fix that. They seemed like a good group of people, just extremely unorganized and not too willing to help someone who had financing secured before visiting their lot.
