My child enjoyed the behind the wheel instruction with their drivers. He did the online portion for classroom time which was convenient. They are very good at communication and reminding us about appointments.

Don't be deterred by negative reviews, they are awesome! I almost canceled my child's registration after reading these horrible reviews. I am not sure if there is another Drive Rite in another city/state and these people left the bad reviews for the wrong place by mistake? My review is for the St John/Highland Indiana company. The staff on the phone (2 different women) were always wonderful, kind, respectful, and accommodating. I called many times to ask questions since we did online course during the pandemic mixed w in person drives that are required. I was confused about the steps to get the permit after the courses were done and they helped me thru it. I also had to cancel or reschedule multiple drives bc of our own personal calendar conflicts. We even called to request a specific instructor for the last drive (Mark) because he was so awesome. They never gave me a hard time about scheduling...they just say if you have to cancel, please let them know 48 hrs in advance. Easy. I ask tons of questions and would consider myself a high maintenance customer (but am always respectful, I just expect good communcation in return). We had no trouble scheduling around my busy work schedule. Drive Rite staff was great....these ladies never ever acted like I was a burden or taking too much of their time or anything. And my daughter felt very comfortable w instructor Mark... he was a very patient and knowledgable instructor and she enjoyed making conversation w him. I wanted to be sure to leave this review because in my experience, the other reviews on this site are unwarranted or dont match my reality. Maybe they have new staff or instructors since these were posted, but we have been very pleased and are officially done with Driver's ed!

They are very rude here. I suggest going to your local BMV to take your driving test. Instructors are very rude and very unhelpful. They ruined my confidence as a driver as a whole. They give very little instructions during driver lessons and wonder why you did not pass your drivers test. They are very rude and mean about you not doing well in driver test. I strongly advise going to a local BMV. Did not care about anything but the money. Heard multiple stories of how they fail people’s drivers license test to receive more money. If I could give no stars I would.
