        We purchased a couch about two months ago and its already broken and the stitching is coming up. Claims stated they could not do anything about the stitching but they would start a claim about it being broken. I've called the office and emailed now 4 times since October 9th and have yet to receive any news. Its been about a month of not being able to use are couches.
