        Very knowledgeable, responsive, and affordable. Jim responded to my online request the same day (on a weekend) and was able to come at 9am that Monday to service our piano, which had not been tuned in years. Our piano sounds great now and he also repaired the bench while he was here.

        Jim is prompt, smart, fair-priced, and a really nice guy. I deviated from using him one time, and regretted it. I had to call Jim to come out and fix what the other guy did. Would recommend Jim's Piano Services to anyone!
