Worst location ever. Took the phone in after it malfunctioned told it was under warranty and insurance orderd new phone. Day of pick up manager Joe refused exchange , stating we took the phone and broke it. There was NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE, We were told by the first rep it was software. We spent the next several hours communicating with their insurance who stated they were apauled by his attitude and lack of professionalism and are replacing our phone. We will NEVER GO BACK.

I apologize for any unprofessional service you received. That’s not the experience we want for our customers, and it sounds like some store fell short this time. I will say there isn’t a Joe that works at our location and I think you are talking about another location. I apologize for the inconvenience.
