I bought 2 tickets for axe throwing. When we arrived there was a huge line. By the time we got to the counter and got checked in. We went to the lanes and were told we had to show ID. Unfortunately I hadnt seen this when making the booking and my friend had forgotten his. We were told to speak with the manager. When speaking to the manager his attitude was immediately dismissing, as if we were annoying him. I asked if we could reschedule. He said, "not today" then asked us what time our booking was. After that he made some sarcastic face gesture. He then offered us a gift card for $10 less then the axe throwing. We decided to use it for bowling.
I appreciate him doing this and over all I understand it was our mistake. But I did not appreciate the managers demeanor when speaking with us. We weren't rude and didnt argued with him. The rest of the staff were very polite and friendly. They made the experience better.
