I was transitioning from DE to IN so I stayed at Hampton INN each time I came here. Tameka at the front desk was awesome. She was always friendly and accomodating going above and beyond. On another occasion when I came to check in, their systems were down so I couldn't check in. Kia at the front desk did a good job acknowledging the inconvenience as well as keeping me informed and calm. She was awesome.
I would recommend this specific hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

One set of the hand towels were actually dirty. There were two screws sitting a 1/4 up where the carpet meets the tile. I stepped one of them walking to the bathroom. Ouch. I put a towel over it so if I did it again I wouldnt feel it as much.

I love this hotel this was my first time staying at a Hampton inn I will say the staff was awesome and very understanding Annette gave me a late check out and she was so sweet I called the front desk 4 times just to hear her say hey love how are you she cared with so much compassion thank you Annette I appreciate the compassion I was going threw a lot at the time! I will be back

Home away from home outstanding Annette was so sweet she spoke to me every time she seen me gave me a big long hug I needed that I came in for my grandmother funeral her good morning beautiful made my day I will be back

I booked room for 21 days I arrived last Sunday its exactly one week later. They did a basic clean of the room Tuesday. I left Friday and told them Id be back Sunday TODAY to please do a full room service. Due to the fact that since I am from out of town I do take out a lot! Room at least needs to be done every other day. I left confident that Id be able to come back and rest in a clean done room with no more trash. My surprise was it had not been touched other than the Tuesday that they refreshed my towels and took out trash. Bed was like I left it! Ive never scored a Hotel this low. Im very disappointed!
Rooms: Very spacious and comfortable! Service to the rooms leaves a sour taste and chair in the room for table use was definitely needing to be replaced because it was dirty and stained. But everything else was exceptionally well kept and clean.
