I ordered an appliance part thru their website ( generalappliance parts.com). I waited two weeks for the part that was supposed to be delivered in 4 business days. I never received any communication from them except they took my payment. They never delivered the part. Do not buy from this company. Buy your appliance parts elsewhere.

Got a part from them on Ebay. It was defective. I returned it but only got a 50% refund. They charge me $212.88 for a part and gave back $106.44. Total SCAM!!!!!!!!!! Nice way to treat a DAV.

Company is horrible to work with. They sell faulty products and then refuse to honor them and refuse to speak with someone to remedy the issue.

this company goes around and places random fraudulent charges on people's credit cards hoping that they won't notice I live thousands of miles away so I'm pretty sure I didn't do business with you. avoid this Shady business at all cost.

I came to North American's website to obtain their phone number for FedEx regarding a return that I misordered, and I was stunned to see the 1 star comment. I may be the exception but I have never been treated better by anyone under any circumstances. In fact, I had 3 returns because the manufacture of my appliance gave me an incorrect part number and said the the original had been superseded thus I assumed that the first 2 burner elements that I received were defective. I was too embarrassed to even suggest that they pay for second return, which they did, and I didn't even consider allowing them to pay for the third return. Can you tell me how I could possibly have been better treated? That is my experience and I am a real person. David Roesch
