Most unprofessional, hostile and rude business encounter of my life. Quoted us at one price initially and almost doubled it once he completed them. He then proceeded to insult my wife and I once he was questioned about reneging on quoted prices. This guy (John Colburn) needs counseling. H&R Block did what he was supposed to do initially for half the price in a small fraction of the time. I would advise all to go elsewhere based on my experience.

Horrible customer service. John D. Colburn charged $325.00 to prepare our taxes. He made an error so another form had to be filed and he charged an additional $210.00. He refused to acknowledge or discuss his error and did not inform us of the additional fee. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who claims to be a professional. John D. Colburn charged a total of $535.00 to prepare and file our taxes after an error he made. I do not recommend John D. Colburn to anyone. He was very disrespectful.

There were fees added to the bill that were not explained before I paid. I will be using a different company for my future needs.

Colburn and associates are always very helpful. They provide reports for payroll service and let you know of withholdings expense that are up coming. Highly recommend for payroll services.
