These girls at the bank are beyond awesome! Super friendly & super helpful. Every time I visit this location I literally leave with a smile on my face no matter if Im having a bad day or not! Kudos girls you make a huge difference to me as a customer always making me feel welcome. Keep up the awesome hard work!!!!!

I was referred to Jim Gray VP of commercial lending at JCB. My company currently banks with BMO, but I thought I would given them the chance to propose something better. It took them 6 months to work through their internal process to actually make me an offer to service by business. What he sent me was incomplete missing several accounts I requested, and had some unacceptable terms attached that I dont have at BMO. I emailed him, attempting to negotiate what he sent me. His response? Consider this offer withdrawn. Wow. I will stick with BMO!

This bank is a joke. Theyre full of disrespectful people who dont like to help the very people who fuel their ability to be a bank. Highly Unrecommend.

Understanding that covid-19 has closed their banking lobby, management has not made necessary changes to the drive thru to make it more efficient. Lack of drive thru tellers and I've noticed a teller goes to a lobby computer to do a transaction. Not effective or efficient JCB.
