        sucks, When Tim was there it was great. He know the customers by name and was friendly and would talk to you when you cam in to pay your bill. Since Shawn has taken over it has went down hill. That's 1 reason I switched after 20+ years of being at Allstate. Never talked or seen the guy not even once after he took over.
