If given no STARS was an option this place would definitely get NONE! This customer service is very poor at this place, the old lady LIZ is beyond disrespectful on so many levels. I really don't understand how this place is still standing, it sticks so bad inside like urine or as if something is molded. I took my WEDDING DRESS for a normal cleaning, which of course i called to find out pricing before arriving. I was told over the phone more than once by these people for just a cleaning on my dress it would only be $100 with half of that being due up front and the other half due when i return to pick it up. This is where the NIGHTMARE starts! I arrive to pick up my dress with my receipt in hand that i was given by them when i dropped off my dress and paid half down. LIZ tries telling me i need to pay her an extra $97 to take my dress she says that total on the receipt i was given by them is WRONG in fact tells me NONE of their pricing is in fact correct. BAD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! She would not honor their mistake she just kept being beyond rude like lady this is not just a shirt or pair of pants this is my wedding dress. Please stay away from them, do not ever do business with them i will make sure i let everyone know. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor regarding this LIZ also told me NO! She said there is nobody to speak with, shes not contacting anyone because whats that going to change. Needless to say i ended up having to pour out everything in my wallet i had on me and argue to get my dress from this place. I was completely over charged for them to get more money. They would not honor my receipt even though it was their mistake. I was treated like i made the mistake and faked the receipt myself.

I have been a customer for over 4 years. I've always been very happy with their service. Now they are closing down and I would like to have my coat back, but the guy who replied to my call told me that he gave everything to the Goodwill... even though the same guy told me on Friday to come over today to pick up the coat! Does anybody have the same problem?

Just wow, more accurate depiction of this place, ZERO, NO SINGLE WASHERS WORK! Out of 9 2x loaders- 2 work, the massive $5.50 per load smells like the most pungent urine I've ever had the displeasure of smelling (mind you that's a clean usable one) I came with around 5-6 loads and was only able to use 3 functioning washers, also one of the gem double loaders didn't have the tape on it so I loaded it and kept putting quarters in until I realized there was no light... I asked the attendant and she said 'any that are taped are broken' ...except there isn't tape ..pumped in an undisclosed amt of quarters BC I don't usually count I just go till it tells me to stop..told the attendant again, she gave me $2 .25 , apparently problem solved
