Great company. Had a very large tree removed . We had them leave wood for my husbands co worker then plans fell through. They actually came back and got all the wood without an additional charge. THE GOOD:  The owner of New Image, Iris, returned as promised, to repair some of the damage done to the front yard while taking down a large tree last month.  (They stopped by and threw down some dirt & seed.)THE BAD:  They did quite a bid of damage to our dogwood tree when felling that large tree mentioned above (limbs & top broken off the dogwood.)  Iris gave numerous excuses, and said it would be fine come spring (we'll see.)  Iris said they'd be back to put some fertilizer spikes around the dogwood; hasn't happened yet.They only partially finished grinding the stump from the large felled tree, then left without a word.  We called and were told they'd be back the 6th or 8th of Oct.  Never showed, and did not return our phone call.  We eventually called someone else to finish grinding of stump.Price was good, but maybe you get what you pay for.
