BoxUp

Ordered 10/29. Received a tracking number 11/3. Continually check for updates from UPS, none available- it shows a label was created but package never picked up. I checked in via chat because they dont answer their phone and was told the package had left their facility and they had no control over it. I randomly get an email this morning from UPS that boxup has cancelled the order/shipment. Again reach out they dont answer so I go back to the chat. She provides me the original ups tracking number that shows the package was never picked up. I provided her with a screen shot from UPS showing box up cancelled the order. Told me she would be in touch after talking to her manager. Here it is 12/2 and I have no update and no boxes. My customers are waiting on these. Poor customer service experience

I'm still waiting for my boxes to be shipped and I order in enough time. Their site says 7 business days. Businesses can not keep blaming shipping on covid when other businesses are shipping out fine. Ups labeled has been made and at a stand still now for 13 days now. No Shipping details

Loved the option to create a box that was completely personalized. When it arrived we loved the quality. Great customer service and very prompt with answering questions. I would highly recommend.
