Young, the owner, has done many alterations for me in the past and does a decent job. Her work is good, unfortunately, her work ethic is not. Lately, every time I bring an item in for alteration, it is always. Rush job, extra charge. I would be happy to pay double if in fact it were a rush job, also there were no items on the alts holding rack additionally when I picked up my beautiful couture jumpsuit she did the alteration and returned it to me extremely wrinkled. When I asked her if she could press it, she responded. Professional Press extra $30. Unbelievable I took my item and left unhappily. Service: Alterations

I love Barbara at the Valpo location, very sweet. They did a professional job on my husband's suit and it was done before they promised.

They do a great job. I started coming here after some trouble with another cleaners ruining several shirts with chemicals they use. The lady at the desk is very nice
