Called for a reservation to confirm that this hotel had a heated pool and was told it did. Right after arrival we went to the pool and it was ice cold. Went up to the front to complain and was told they were working on getting a heater installed. Rudeness followed and was told they rent rooms not pools. 2 hours after check in we left. They are billing me for the whole stay which I am disputing. Don't come here! Just around the corner is a holiday inn Express with a heated pool, Hot tub with the same room for a few dollars less.

Its a very nice place but they shut the pool down every Sunday evening for maintenance. I went in and looked ( I did not swim) and it didnt look like a lot of maintenance was being done. The staff came in immediately and pointed to the sign saying it closed - I told her I read it but she said they closed it down every Sunday for maintenance- I said you should advertise that and all you get is a sorry for the inconvenience. So now you know and if youre traveling with kids no pool on Sunday because that is the unwritten policy.

Stayed here for a business trip. Staff were friendly and attentive, the room was as expected, and the breakfast was good. All around a solid place to stay.

Really good hotel ! The service was really good . Comfortable beds and the breakfast is good
