Yeah these people came out and destroyed 30 years of landscaping in 5 minutes! My tree was nowhere near the power line and they cut it down. But then the lead guy came out and offered to fix the problem.

I’ve been helping my parents in Michigan over the past few months as storms big and small rolled through and they lost power for days with horrible status updates. It made me realize how much I appreciate KVREMC’s response time and up-to-date outage maps and social media sites. I’ve dealt with ComEd and Michigan- Indiana Power and can honestly say KVREMC is the best by far!! Keep it up and stay safe out there!!!!

Very unhappy with this company. Everytime the power goes out it takes them way to long to restore it. Today makes the 2nd time this month and i understand theres usually others down too but we checked the outages and we were the first and only in our area for hours and so far its been 8 hours since our power went out and the storm had passed atleast 7 hours ago. While having no air in our house due to the outage it had gotten too hot so we took the kids for a ride and what did we find? 5 REMC trucks sitting outside the mexican restaraunt in town.... this is very frustrating and unnacceptable. Thanks again REMC.

I tried to set up an autopay. Several things went wrong. First they charged me nearly 10 days early. I called them and was advised to cancel payment through my bank and call them back to set it up correctly. After setting it up, I recieved a 25 handling charge because I stopped the payment. When I called back again, they could not refund me the charge and claimed it was my fault. I'm disappointed in there miscommunication and entire autopay system. The lady did say they are setting a new one up come March, but they could not fix the immediate issue.
