The young man (Russ) was polite and willing to answer questions. He was careful at the area dug, and just all around did a wonderful job. Proof there are still some that respect their jobs and their customers.

Super business. Was very friendly and professional. Showed up on time as promised. Highly recommend and will use the next time our septic needs to be drained. Russ did a great job.

I had called other places to have my septic drained.. Nobody could come out.. And then when I finally thought I got ahold of a company they ended up canceling the day they were supposed to come. Finally I called gift and explained the situation to them.. They were the most understanding and outgoing company that I had talked to. As a mom I didn't know what else I was going to do with 2 small kids one who have who has medical conditions, It was no longer A livable condition for us. Anytime you used water it was backflowing into the bathroom with sewage. You couldn't wash anything you couldn't clean anything you couldn't run water at all. A wonderful woman who answered the phone got ahold of one of the drivers Russ who then was able to make time to fit me in sooner than the scheduled date. In tears, I'm a first time home onwer. This was a stressful situation. But it didn't have to be.. I'm so grateful for this company! I recommend them highly not only on kindness. But the work done is great. You don't find that any more.
