Dr. Saff is friendly and professional, and made sure I was comfortable and ready to begin the work that I needed. He is efficient with both the appointment time and also with a well timed joke to alleviate my dental anxiety. I appreciate that the office is keeping up with the ADA guidelines during the covid 19 pandemic.

Very disappointed. I called to make an appointment. I told them I had Medicare and who my dental insurance provider was. No problem. I drive 30 miles to my appointment, just to be turned away. Why? Because I have medicaid as a second insurance. To just be clear, medicaid pays not one cent. Which I know and I didn't think it mattered. I believed it was the office manager that spoke to me. She was very rude! Like it was my fault I didn't tell them on the phone.

We had a poor experience with one of the staff members who was answering the phone. Staff member was very resistant with the requests that we were making. Rude and unprofessional. The staff member needs training in basic customer service skills.

Great experience! loose crown turned into major fix, very painful but did everything to keep me comfortable. So thankful that they could work me in on short notice.

At first Orange Door was great. The dental staff is fantastic with my 5 year old daughter so much so that she loves the dentist. My daughter has some decay on her front teeth and some cavities on her back teeth. Which they told us about and even gave us an estimate on how much it would be to have the front teeth pulled. They even told us to come back if the specialist couldn't get her in right away. My daughter has been dealing with a lot of pain and we called and even got put on the schedule to have the teeth pulled and they called us and took us off the schedule because they had referred us out and have refused to see us. So in the mean time we are trying to find someone who will take care of my daughter as she is in a lot of pain. If they didn't want to take care of my daughter they needed to just tell me, instead of giving us the run around.
