WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I've been with three managements in the purdue area, and this is by far the worst. Danille, the manager here never responds to any emails or phone calls. I need to keep following up with her to get a simple response. When moving out, Danille did not specify what items in the apartment belonged to the property (since it's supposed to be unfurnished property). So when I moved out removed all old furniture, Mayne homes charged me for removing furniture that claimed belonged to them. This all could've been avoided if Danille was more responsive in the first place. I tried to filed a dispute but of course the entire process took more than a month just to be answered.
Apartment is also super old and highly needs some new renovation. Would completely avoid at all costs.

Danielle was never helpful with any issues in the apartment. Good luck when there's something wrong with the apartment and you can't get a hold of her. Better apartments may be more expensive but at least they are more responsive to questions with tenants.

Mayne Homes treated me really well. The apartment was in good conditions like the pictures showed, anytime I've had any questions they answer it timely, and the checkout procedure has been great. Would rent again!

My family and I rented from Mayne Homes for many years. They respond quickly to issues and the office staff is professional and friendly. They also rent at reasonable prices. The manager, Danielle, was a pleasure to work with because it was obvious she cared about the business and renters. I would recommend them to anyone but in particular college students.
