Their commitment to customer service is commendable; they were there for me every step of the way, providing guidance and support whenever needed. absolutely horrible. would not recommend phil tucker to my worst enemy. has dropped the ball on my mother COUNTLESS times causing her to lose her car & home insurance on MULTIPLE occasions due to reasons ENTIRELY at the fault of phil, no matter what my mom says or does or how much she tries to contact him & politely resolve these issues that are simply out of her hands, and in phils. please save your time, breath, and money and just go somewhere else!!!! absolutely not worth it! id leave zero stars if i could.

I initially gave them a review of five but now I'm changing it to three. I had two cars. After I removed one car, the amount did not decrease much. Importantly, they are not responsive to messages recently. I contacted them via Email and Phone and I got no response.

The Agency was very co-operative and helped me find best insurance by comparing all my details and providing a detailed explanation. I do recommend this service to purchase any insurance using the Tuckers!
