Highly recommend this company! From the beginning of the job until the end they were there when they said they would be, great communication throughout the project and they left our yard in better than we expected condition for a new install on an established lawn. I have really enjoyed this company in the past but recently I was told I needed a repair for service before I could be winterized ( I agreed over the phone as I wasnt home when technician was there) and asked twice for someone to call and explain what I was having repaired and no one ever called. Technician left outside water running twice once was for 2 days. When I called to address the situation I was told someone would call me back. They never did when I called back I was told someone talked to my husband when they were at my home. That was a lie due to my husband being out of town. So I never received any explanation or offers to make things right and I had to pay for higher water bill due to water being left on.

Our apologies that you did not receive a phone call back from us regarding the reason for the repair. Our records indicate the this work was approved and was performed due to a faulty main water shut off that needed to be repaired in order to preserve the integrity of the system over the winter time and to prevent freezing. This explanation was also written on the work order and the invoice that was presented to this customer. Regarding a member of our team "lying" about a conversation they had with someone at this residence, I will have to defer to the customer on this and will only say that members of our team would have had no reason to lie about speaking to someone at the home. If there was dishonesty on our part, this is completely unacceptable and candidly, is grounds for immediate termination. We have zero tolerance for that kind of lack of integrity. That type of behavior is completely counter to our ethics, morals and culture that we have established over our 33 years of business. As the owner, had I known of this situation it would have been addressed swiftly. While we do our best to accommodate all of our customers requests, there are times when we fall short. Last week I had Barthuly install an irrigation system in my yard. I could not be any happier with the entire process! From the beginning with the estimate with OB, to the final installation and startup with Brett. I got 4 estimates and none of the other three were as organized and as professional. The install crew was very friendly and tidy with their work. Though they werent the cheapest, you get what you pay for. I would happily pay their cost again in a heartbeat. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Great job and Thanks Barthuly! P.S. In no way was I compensated for this review other than a job well done, which is hard to find these days. :)

Even late in the fall season, Barthuly Irrigation did a fantastic job installing an irrigation system in our front yard and coordinating timing with our landscaper to get everything completed before the cold weather arrived. Everyone was so nice and professional including the installation crew who cleaned everything up perfectly when they were finished. Highly recommend! Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Top notch service and outstanding quality and professionalism every step of the way from the initial sales visit during this past Spring through the first season of service. O.B. handled the initial sales visit and made sure I had all the information needed to make an informed decision. Adam handled the project, explaining exactly what was going to happen and why. Benny and crew did an outstanding job installing the system with about as little damage to the sod as I could have hoped for. There was a minor issue with a faulty valve that they promptly fixed under warranty and with no hassle. Rhonda and Hanna in customer service have been super helpful, and the service call to winterize the system was efficient and courteous. Just outstanding quality and service in every part of their business.
The cost was more than other bids I received, but the difference in quality and the thoughtfulness in the system design and installation compared to my neighbors systems is evident.
