Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered online, waited over 30 minutes past the estimated time on a non busy day to get an email saying it was ready, then once going into the building they were just standing and talking in the back. Took them a while to notice me, no greeting just a whatca want. Told them I'm waiting on an order, wasn't until the manager or supervisor or whatever came up before the ball got rolling. And even then I goting the feeling that they think I was conning pizza and a 2 liter from them.. got home pizza was cold and I live like 3 minutes away.

Horrible experience. Manager was rude and waked away ignoring my question whether they were franchise or corporate. Could hear music through drive-thru, and had a lot of foul language that my kids could hear. Wasnt acknowledged at drive-thru window for 26 minutes. No face masks or gloves while making pizza. Absolutely horrible service. Will never go to this Little Caesars location again. Apparently its ran by some young kids that dont care. Oh and I was there during their hot n ready time and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my pizza even though they were not busy at all. Also, pizza slices were cut waaaay out of proportion like they didnt even care. Please put your money into a local business that shows respect. Greeks Pizza is a little pricier, but absolutely amazing!

Placed an order for delivery using the Little Ceasers app. 20 minutes later get a text that the order was cancelled because the delivery driver went to pick it up and the store was closed. At noon on a Friday. A full week later and I still haven’t been refunded, the main customer service number tells me refunds take 7-10 days. I guess you’d need to actually call any time you order since the store may not be open when it’s supposed to be and they will charge your credit card even though the store wasn’t even open.

Was trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt for a long wait a few weeks ago. Since Ive been back 3 times maybe and the employees dont even act like you exist. Waited 20 minutes or longer in the lobby (9/24) before anyone decided to come take orders. They move slow, you cant hear them talking to you across the counter and they act like you shouldnt be here. Probably will be my last time coming here. They need better staff for starters...
