        Love this place ~ the staff at Fit Flex Fly is going to be one of the best workouts you’ll get in all of Indy. Their original location in Nora is great but the facility layout in Westfield is so cool. They utilize turf, basketball court, outdoor sand for creating the most creative workouts that leave you feeling the burn! Best quality workout around. Highly recommend!

        Had the opportunity to take a chaos class today at “The Jungle”. I had a great workout in a great environment . No matter what your age is, modifications to any of the exercises are provided. You move to your own level of fitness. The hour went by quickly and now I will wait till next Saturday when I can do it again. Check it out......has the same energy of F3 - fit flex fly in Nora !
