Well for starters they kept my w -2s for over a week. Second they said when I walked in that the fee would be only $100.00 . So finally when I picked up my paperwork they charged me $65.00 more. I could of paid hr block that, and got my taxes done the same day.

They said when I took my tax information in that it would be only $100.00 for two w-2. We'll after a week they finally finished preparing my taxes but not until they charged me an extra $65.00. I could of went to H.R block and be done with IT" the same day. I guess that's how they get there customers they got to be sneaky about it. Next Year it's HR Block!
