I was told my 9am appointment would be quick in and out. After 45 minutes of waiting, I was told my eye would need dilated and I'd be waiting another half an hour. I left and was still late for another appointment that I would have rescheduled had I known I'd be waiting so long.

This has been my son's eye doctor Since preschool Call to make an appointment last week They couldn't get him in no one was taking new patients or new patients with his insurance so I call this place back they had a cancel and would get him in Tues at 5 fast forward to today when they call me and tell me they can't see my son tomorrow due to not taking his insurance mind u my son can't see without his glasses and y'all didn't mention anything last week when I could of kept calling places so now I got a kid starring school and no way to get him into a eye doc thanks Guy's

8 years ago I had an appointment here to get an eye exam and new glasses. I had an 11 month old baby and could not find a ride. I was still trying to find someone to give me a ride to my appointment when they called and told me I could never go back there because I missed my appointment. 8 years later I still have to go all the way to Rochester to get an eye exam.
