Mr. Starkes wouldn’t even take my daughter’s case. I suppose mental health issues like severe OCD are more difficult to win than physical issues. No wonder there’s still such a stigma. So I guess I’ll have to do it myself.

He never even gave me a chance to explain and because my sister was trying to help me I told her to shut up and then he said that he won't take my case because I was to mean. He made me waste my gas driving a little over and hour there and a little over an hour back. He never even listen to me at all.

The staff are very helpful & Professional. The process of the time it takes to complete a disability case it seems very complicated , there are fees involved for any and all transfer of medical records including all phone calls
made or faxes
Other fees may also be required.
