Jeff came out tonight on Christmas eve and took time away from his family to fix our furnace. I had called 2 other companies this week who tried pressuring me to buy a new furnace and ac until (these companies both diagnosed my problem different than the next) Jeff Starn was honest and told me the problem and was able to fix it without costing me and arm and a leg and next Years Christmas gifts. I would highly recommend Starn and will not use any other service providers again after such a great experience today!!!! We have always had great service from Starn Heating and Air. We had an issue where the thermostat would not turn on the furnace. They came out and found a dead battery 😅 on the thermostat. So the running joke when we call for service now is " Did you check the batteries?" They are a great 2nd generation owned business that is willing to bend over backwards for their customers. Our thermostat quit working at 4:00 on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Jeff came immediately and took care of the problem. This is exactly why I have used Starns for over 32 years! Great service from great people!
