Woodlake Estates Manufactured Home Community

A lot of abandoned mobile homes. Makes the place look run down. It has so much potential, great location and beautiful setting. Hopefully management cleans it up.

They don't keep up on their properties. They threatened to make my elderly mother pay fees if she didn't remove her FLOWER POTS in her yard and repaint her deck. But, they never cut the grass or keep up on their vacent properties. It's a spit in the face because they have a empty trailer next door to my mom that's clearly falling apart and we have to cut the grass around the empty trailer in order to keep my mom's place looking decent. There's been trash laying around over a month now where they moved out a trailer. Racoons have taken over the community due to neglected empty property. Noone is NEVER AT THE OFFICE to address concerns!! FRUSTRATING!!!!🤬🤬😠🤐

I have been here 5 years. Went down hill. Can't keep honest management. They have lied and stolen money from the tenants. Charging them for "fees" and then keeping the money. Gas company came out because one of them ran over a gas pipe and didn't even know it. Gas company said some shady stuff going on it the new trailers that are occupied don't have a meter for water but everyone else does. They charge old tenants for sewage and water based on how much they use but the new trailers pay a flat $40 a month.
