Embarrassed to say Ive been a customer for about 5 yrs mostly because they are nearby my house. In my experience, they dont care about your car problems. Rhonda handles things and is the MOST unfriendly person. This is 2nd car theyve done oil changes and maintenance on for me - that now has multiple issues. Honestly, Jiffy Lube is better than Marks. The review from the man in MI who tried to buy a boat a few yrs ago is spot on, so read his review too (Marks reply to that review also speaks volumes). Theres another very recent 1-star review & Mark replied he didnt hv a customer by that name. Weird that customer he didnt know mentioned the woman up front. Happy I found honest caring auto repair shop that is now helping me recover from Marks very poor work. New mechanic can do ONE needed repair, but they had to refer me to foreign car specialists Nyes to help me get the other issues fixed! Marks Service Center will take your money, and laugh all the way to the bank. Avoid these people is my advice.

I've been coming to Mark's for 10 years. Honest, quality work with a 2-year guarantee. They aren't the cheapest in town, and I am ok with that since I know I can trust them.

DO NOT GET REPAIRS HERE. Look at the other low reviews and you'll only see them refusing to take accountability. Got charged for parts they didn't put on my car, broke my starter, and when I wrote my last review they Doxxed my real name! Maybe if they spent less time arguing with people they wronged in the reviews they'd actually know what they are doing.
