They don’t care about helping the parents. They used to, then they quit. They reopen, and didn’t notify. You can give them all your money, but if your kid is not there when they say so... even if you signed a 10:30am drop off contract and they used to always work with you.... they won’t let you in. “Because of lunch count.” Even if they have made nothing but profit off you to save his spot. Some new management came in from who cares more about the bottom line then the kids or parents. Definitely LOOK ELSEWHERE if you need someone to work with you who values your time and money as well. They’re honestly probably the worst and they won’t hear you out if you need help, regardless of how much money you have given them when your kid isn’t there... they won’t allow it. EVEN IF THEY HAVE BENEFITED FOR WEEKS OFF “saving your spot”... If you work nights and accidentally fall asleep or need a daycare who cares and can be flexible...THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. THEY DON’T CARE.

They used to care, work with me, I felt like my money was well spent. If you ask them to bend, just a little they won’t. They will take all your money but they won’t work with you. It’s sad really, used to love it here. They always worked with us and seemed to really value and care about my kid and they wanted him there. Now it seems to have completely changed. Management, I think? Unfortunate, really. I was even told that when I communicate a shift change or need, that they’d be willing to work with me since I’ve had this issue before. They told me they would, then lied and refused to let him in even though I’VE already paid. Needless to say, if you need someone who values you, your money, or your time... this may not be the place. If they say they will work with you.... we’ll, they don’t really. You better be there on THEIR time and follow THEIR rules or they, quite frankly, just don’t care.

Happy kids, happy parents! Spacious, clean and safe environment. We particularly like the huge indoor playground that is definitely a plus for the winter and (too) hot days. Great and caring teachers who strive to create engaging activities and are even greater persons! Our children have blossomed! Thank you, DCA-Y!

I am so grateful to send my children to Destiny everyday. Every staff member is kind and works hard to provide engaging lessons, fun activities, and structured play. The teachers go above and beyond to keep us informed. We often get daily pictures and my children are always so happy!
