They Actually Care... While looking for insurance I decided to try looking for an agency that was small enough to listen, but large enough to have multiple insurance carriers.
I was beyond surprised how Mike Baker genuinely listened and followed up with options that clearly fit my needs at a cost well within my budget.

The wife and I asked around where was a good place to go for auto and home insurance in the Muncie, IN area, and I was told that Doug Baim in Yorktown was the best.  Boy were they right!Doug has been in business over 30 years, and has been in Yorktown for 15. He is a down to earth, honest independent insurance agent. He doesn't sell you anything that you don't need, and gets you all the coverage you do. I have never felt any better after purchasing insurance than how I felt after getting my insurance from Doug.He has about 14 companies to choose from, and he will get your information, put it in his computer, and it will give the best rates and best coverage...period!Give him a call, you will be soooo glad you did!
