Giving 1 star because I have been coming here for 6 years and have been steadily unimpressed over the last 2. Multiple neckties pressed too hard, 2 pairs of pants came out over pressed (shiny) but they're always right on time for pickup. More recently I had a white shirt that I came back for 3x because of markings and other dry cleaning failures. Today I waited for 15 minutes while a very nice employee worked on my shirt again, and again because I found 2 very distinct marks from the process again. Each time they told me to come back and speak to a manager. Each time I've been here there has been no manager. It still didn't come clean. Time to say goodbye to a custom made shirt. I'm glad a Classic Cleaners opened up closer to me as that is where I will be taking my business from now on.

Poor quality press on my black suit. They had to re-clean and still delivered it with fine hair like lint all over it. Had to go to Classic Cleaners to correct.

I have always been pleased with the service and professionalism at this location. I have never had a bad experience over the 15 years I have used them exclusively for my cleaning services.
