Fraud checks have gotten ridiculous and when you call to resolve the call center for customer service is no help and frustrating. And they cant connect to plaid online :(

I have been locked out of my account 2xs in 3 weeks once over Veterans 4 day holiday (Really?!). Mt daughter is a Vet and doesn't get 4 days off! I was not notified either tome and ALWAYS on the weekend. 1st time cost me 100s of dollars and moving!! This time can't buy food, register for class due by today. Cant speak to a English speaking human in America, and they are robotic in their answers and refuse to give branch number. I am livid and done!!! I am disabled and can't just hop in car and go to office to fix it

My debit card has been used 4xs in 2 months. I just had a new one 1 week ago, it was used, got a new card this tues( its Friday now) and it already has a block on it!

They dont do co-op shared branching anymore.
