First thing I noticed was how clean the parking lot was, and second thing that caught my eye was how lit up everything was which gives you an extra sense of safety. Walking in I immediately greeted to a "hello, how are you?" by Corey. He was great, he answered all my questions, suggested a couple great spots to have dinner, and helped me download the Choice Hotel app. Our stay there was amazing and recommend this nice comfortable clean safe hotel to anyone coming to the area. 5 stars!!!

Walkability: Lots to do within walking

There was no Quality that we could see staying here. Our TV would not work. We weren't going out. Had a busy day and was going to relax, bring in supper, and watch TV. Called the front desk, he tried 3 times to fix it, it wouldn't work and said he would call in "housekeeping" to fix it. Apparently, all the rooms were full, and they didn't have another tv to change it out. We waited an hour and a half, called down again, and he said we would have to wait another half an hour. That's the last we heard. No call, and no one showed up. Asked him this morning, and his response was, "No one showed up and there were no other rooms." So, no call to us, and we were ignored. If customer service is important to you, don't stay here.

Stayed here in February and was fairly disappointed. The guy at the front desk could work on his customer service skills. The room was decent, but the front desk was left unattended for a couple hours. Didn't feel safe staying here and left in the middle of the night.
