Linda is absolutely fantastic. Very pleasant demeanor, very knowledgeable on taxes and accounting, I had to catch up on some back filings and Linda was very knowledgeable and helped me get back on the right track. I'm an independent contractor, and Linda was very knowledgeable about the tax guidelines for Uber, Lyft, and Gig App drivers. Will recommend to everyone I know in the field. Fantastic work.

I have never been so upset leaving a business. I walked in NOT greeted by a smile of even eye contact of the person sitting at the front desk. But greeted by the top of her head. Now don't get me wrong I understand that it is a VERY. Busy season but you can at least say hi. After a few min of standing there she finally stopped what she was doing and asked what I was there for. I told her and she was just completely rude the whole time. I was just dropping off documents for my MIL and she couldn't find her listed. Come to find out after talking to my MIL she NEVER asked her name when they were on the phone. Honestly so rude and not at all helpful to a new client and a prospective. I am guessing they don't need anymore business.
