Wendy Bickelhaupt Williams gave me a tour for a unit and promise to me that I would get that unit but once it was time to sign the lease she put a completely different unit on the lease and I ask her what happened to the unit she showed me and guaranteed me I will have. Her response it was a mix up. I did not end up moving into this unit due to her cussing at the maintenance man and all of these things wrong with this unit. Wendy became upset and put this on my credit because she claim she could not get this unit rented. This unit clearly was not ready to be rented but she was so desperate to get it rented. She is not professional at all and Im glad I never moved here! Anyone looking to move here do not she is a scammer!

For students, friends, or families, Prairie West is a great place to live! Wendy, Ryan, and the team were always willing to answer our questions and were quick on maintenance requests. With our recent move from Prairie West, they were helpful in making sure everything was good to go with paperwork and such. The dog park was great to have on site, and we really loved the in-unit laundry. The neighbors there are so friendly, too (we miss them already!)! We were sad to go but had to due to our long commute. Wishing you the best in choosing Prairie West as your next home!
