First off, I'm not the type of person to write these kind of reviews, but this is one of those rare times where it is necessary. This is hands down the worst bank I have ever dealt with (and I've dealt with some bad ones.) They are inconsiderate, unreasonable, uncompromising and flat out unprofessional. I've been hung up on, told I would be called back and never was, disrespected and treated like a common criminal all for asking questions and trying to open a simple savings account. While being on hold for the 7th or 8th time, they would play a pre-recorded message that offered the option to be put through to the bank president directly if any of the bankers or the bank itself was in need of improvement (this should have been my first clue that maybe this wasn't the best bank.) I tried to exercise this option to try to get some answers to my questions about opening an account when I was again put on hold, and then abruptly and condescendingly told I would be called back. I was never called back. So after a few more hours I called them back and the same thing continued to happen. Eventually they accused me of calling too many times and then threatened to call the police if I asked again to speak to the president of the bank. At that point I realized I would be better off taking my business elsewhere. Moral of the story? Don't question this bank or try to suggest any improvement. It could result in you losing your account and a criminal record.
