My hair was cut at least four inches shorter than reference picture shown and agreed upon amount with stylist. I showed the picture to my stylist and we discussed mid chest length. My hair started at my mid back and was cut to my shoulders. Around 7 inches. I know its just hair and will grow back but I am so disappointed and sad with the length of my hair. It is hard length to manage and has been a very upsetting experience. Service: Haircut
