My husband and I have been Coe's clients for decades. We have always been delighted with their service. This week however, I spent $115 on a bouquet for my husband's birthday, and expected a really impressive arrangement. Instead, we got a pretty marginal product: 3 roses + 2 hydrangeas + 2 lilies + a few small carnations + filler in an ugly little vase with a wilting bow. I could have constructed a nicer arrangement for half the price at HyVee. This is most definitely NOT the Coe's we were used to. Next time I will be trying a different florist for the first time in over 20 years.

The flowers were even better than I would have expected!! I was frustrated to learn that the delivery time you select on the site does not process on their end, so my order was delivered later than I expected. However, Paige was very helpful on the phone when I called about it and the flowers were so beautiful that my frustrations were erased. They went above and beyond my specific color requests and even had the vase and ribbon match! The care and attention to detail they took with my order was clear. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Beautiful arrangement and great quality!
