The crew at Ames Story Tree & Lawn is amazing. I had a huge branch fall on my deck and the house in a recent storm. Even though the crew was done early for the day because of the rain, they promptly came out to assess the situation and then removed the branch that afternoon. What a relief as there were more storms predicted! What a great job they did! They worked expertly and efficiently dismantling the branch. Amazingly there was no damage to the house. Their attention to detail and cleanup was so great that you could hardly tell they were there. I have since had them trim the trees and lilacs in my yard. Again the only thing they left behind were great looking trees. They have also been treating my purple ash to prevent the emerald ash borer. The tree is thriving. I am so pleased with the outcome that I will definitely call Ames Story Tree & Lawn in the future for my tree care. Service: Tree trimming and pruning

Have use these people for many years, to trim our trees etc. but we’ve had our crab apple tree sprayed this year the person that came out and did it missed three of the trees. And also have them come and look at a tree that was dead, and their comment it was the Internet service fault because they cut major Root From the tree and that was the cause of why it died. But when the Internet company contacted them they totally completely 180° different story of what happened. So frustrated with there service I don’t understand how one minute you could stand there tell me the tree died from the digging and then when the Internet service talked to you it was a complete opposite reason the tree died. That it was Diseased.
Really displeased with this company .
