Mr. Saddoris has always given our tax returns thorough review, even re-ran them one year as they caught an important piece of information we omitted. Instead of owing, we flipped to getting a substantial return. Weve not been a simple 1040 either. Sales of houses, moving, changing jobs, inheritances, buying land and building a home. Completely transparent in in reviewing all returns with you page by page. He is extremely sharp, keeping up to date in all tax changes, has always given us great advice for making adjustments, and keeping better records of deductible items in the following tax year.

I chose them for my sons taxes in April . I called numerous times for a progress report. The individual doing the taxes was rarely available. My son called and was told they would email his paper work to sign. Nothing came. I called today and was put on hold. Then they wanted my sons email to verify. Im so confused why no one reached out as to why he hadnt signed it to collect payment. We have used this service for the last 3 years and it seemed to work well. They have lost our business as they dont seem to know about communication. They had my sons information and mine.

IF I COULD CHOOSE NO STARS I WOULD. I came to this company in December of 2022 didnt get my return until August 2023! During the process of trying to find out what was going on, not one person called me and followed up and was always left in the dark. I always reached out and even got HUNG UP ON during the process. Im going to save everyone a headache and strongly suggest you not use Saddoris & Associates, Inc.

It took 3-4 months to get our taxes done. We could not get a phone call back or any information for months. We were completely ghosted. When we finally got our taxes done they were wrong and we found out via a letter through the irs. I would not recommend them at all.
