After hiring them to upgrade our main panel from 100 amp to 200 amp service and install a sub panel, I can highly recommend Eagle Electric. They were efficient, timely, and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and the superb finish product is evidence of their high degree of professionalism. Highly recommend. Had a breaker that wouldn't turn back on. Knew right away it was a bad breaker and replaced it in less than an hour. Very professional and nice, was able to fit us into his schedule right away. Price comparable to other companies.

The reason I am giving two stars is that they were not transparent with pricing and I don't believe the charges are in line with the market. I called to schedule and they informed me of the $75 service charge, but not that it was an additional $85/hr and you had to pay for one hour. I needed a small light fixture fixed and a GFCI outlet flipped for my tenants while I was out of town. Steve was in my home for less than 10 minutes and it cost me $160. I called around to 10 different electricians in the area afterwards and none of them charge a service fee and they all ranged from $75-100 per hour. So if I had called one of them the most I would have paid would have been $100 total. The quality of the service was adequate, but I would highly suggest a change to their pricing structure. Bob came out and fixed my DIY disaster in my kitchen with light switches and electrical outlets. He was professional, and very helpful. He was easy to talk to and work with. I'd recommend Eagle Electric given my personal experience.
