I have an older vehicle and was having trouble finding the right coverage for it. John Elliott sat down with me and showed me what Farmers had to offer and things I was missing on my previous policy. I've met my share of insurance agents over the years, and I can say John Elliott is one who really cares about me (and not just making a sale).

Great agent Mr. Elliott..explains all the coverages well..easy to get a hold of for any questions..and has turned into a friend..Enjoy talking about football. The reason for my review is my car broke down on the Freeway..first time using my Included Roadside Assit..Wow i was impressed with the service i received from the moment i had to call to safe Towing completion..and it did not cost me anything.I even have Multi Policy discount..Thank You Update:- April 2018 Great Agent John Elliott, he always stays in touch for reviews or any updates or if any of my situations has changed. Great to see him and visit for a review. Provides all the necessary paperwork policy changes in a prompt easy manner down to the neat policyholder envelopes.. Thanks for the free Cups n pens as well. And good casual conversation , down to earth type of guy..

Helpful but knew we needed the coverage by the end of the day and did not communicate that he got the final paper he needed that we sent so that we knew we were good to go on the coverage. Hours of operation indicated he was available until 5:30 and was gone according to secretary at 4:15. This made us lose money with our business.
