It was a pleasure meeting and working with Jon Olson. Very responsive and prompt on anything we needed. Selling a home can be stressful and difficult at times but Jon helped us make it go smoothly. Definitely will be using Charter house (Jon Olson) in the future again and would highly recommend it for anyone else.

Jon Olson helped us buy and sell our home. He was fantastic. He helped us get an offer in on a Sunday afternoon while being out of town. It was really exceptional service. He was also very easy to work with an considerate of our wants and parameters for buying/selling.

I will recommend Katie Espenhover and the Charter House Real Estate team to everyone I know! She is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. Katie made our first time buying a home easy and as stress free as it could be. She kept us extremely informed during the entire process and made us feel confident in every decision we made. Katie consistently displayed strong industry knowledge, honesty, integrity, work ethic and an overall positive attitude. It wont always be this easy to find a home, but I think youd be hard pressed to find a better realtor.

KEEPED US INFORMED ALL THE WAY THOURGH THE PROCESS. PLUS WE SAVED ON COMMISSIONS SHE WAS A JOY TO WORK WITH AND THE REST OF THERE TEAM IS EQUALLY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. We used Katie Espenhover at Charter House Real Estate to buy our first home last summer and she was outstanding. Before choosing an agent we conducted a lot of research to see who would best fit our needs as we were a newly engaged couple and first time home buyers. We wanted to ensure we worked with an agent who had strong industry knowledge, would be our advocate in the competitive market and (maybe most importantly) charged a fair rate. Katie was all that and more. Katie spent hours answering our questions, helped us find numerous homes to tour, and went to bat for us when it was time to make offers. She knocked it out of the park! When we closed on our home we were blown away, her intensive hard work and industry knowledge paid off! Katie kept us informed during the loan process and made every step extremely simple and stress free. I cannot rave about Katie at Charter House enough!
