        I was very impressed with my experience at Dalton. My AC stopped working over the weekend so I called requesting a tech come out to take a look at it. Melissa, the customer service representative, went above and beyond trying to find something that worked in my schedule. She made a couple calls to other customers to see if they were open to rescheduling in order to squeeze me in. The technician who came out, Brad, originally called me 40 minutes early, however I was not home from work yet (loved the punctuality!). He showed up right on time of the appointment and did a thorough job diagnosing the problem with my thermostat as well as showing me some maintenance items I can do on my own. I will be utilizing this company from now on and recommend you do the same! Services: AC maintenance, Thermostat repair
