We have worked with Steve on multiple floor types and consultation for projects. Really knows his stuff and thoughtfully explains pros and cons and how to care for the floor. My husband and I walked into the store where they just stared at us for several minutes, like we were interrupting them, as we just walked around to look at flooring options. Finally one guy walks over to us and greets us. We tell him what we are looking for. He then basically tells us we are stupid for looking for what we are looking for, and rolls his eye at us. My husband and I both liked at each other with shock turned around and walked away. If being treated this way is something you want then this is your spot! Otherwise. Don't waste your time! This place is a joke.

I stopped and talked with Steve about replacing our kitchen floor. I picked a sample I liked and took it home. I ask about pricing and he said all of them would be the same from $700 to $1,000. He came & measured but didn't call back. So, I called him. He said our information had been stapled to someone else's file so he'd "lost" it. He said he'd call back with an estimate right away. He did call back but gave us an estimate of over $2,000. That was totally overpriced since our floor is very small. We will not be doing business there! Buyer beware
