I highly recommend! I was faced with a situation that was going to keep me from living up to my end of the contract. Contract Exchange gave me a solution that was better than I could have imagined! I am happy to say, that because Chris & Tony were willing to work with me, I signed the paperwork work this morning & got my house refinanced!

This company is not like any other today. They help you when you are down. They don't just take you down or leave you homeless. When you speak to them you hear the care in their voices. I highly recommend coming to this company. They are amazing people.

After 7 years and a major death in the family job transitioning this company couldn't even give me 30 days to get out of a condemnable house not condemnable because of my actions but because of clay pipes asbestos siding lead paint and a foundation that can barely hold the house up. that's what you felt comfortable putting me my two boys and my handicap uncle in. Go ahead. Thanks for bringing your daughter to witness you making me and my two boys homeless. Good humanity moment. Contract exchanged refused a three thousand dollar payment on 4200 owed. Good job.
